Sunzeri works closely with the project design team to define the interior and exterior finish aesthetic. Next, we work with our trusted suppliers, consultants and sub-contractors to source the correct and highest quality construction materials and trade services for the home. Finally, we compile and summarize all of our data into a clear and concise budget of the build value and timeline.

Finish construction
Construction begins well before the bulldozer shows up and the first hammer is swung. We begin with a thorough analysis of the Engineering drawings and important finish material selections that have to be made in the early stages of the project. In addition, we work closely with local utilities, geological consultants and project municipalities to ensure construction can begin on time.
Throughout the course of construction, a trusted project supervisor will be onsite daily, maintaining constant quality control and progress. Our office supports onsite supervisors with material acquisition, sub-contractor scheduling, and jobsite logistics. Weekly meetings (or at the frequency of your choice) will be scheduled to keep you informed of the progress of your home, answer questions by you and the design team, and discuss important decisions that need to be made to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
